| HAVE YOU BEEN SHOT AT? THAT IS, HAVE YOU BEEN SHOT AT JUST FOR WALKING OVER A GOLD CLAIM NOT YOUR OWN? COMMENT! Okay there was a little more to the guys' story. Since they couldn't find the gold claim they were looking into buying, they decided to drop their gear, whip out the gold pans and just see if there was any gold in the area. Just so happens the owner of the claim they were on was driving by just seconds before the pans dipped into the water. Oh, there was a policeman, a shot fired (first the shot then the policeman).
